Terms of service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These are the terms for using Airlock, provided by New Orbit Digital ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

  1. The service. Airlock is a personal task-capture tool provided as-is, currently free of charge. We may change, pause or discontinue features or the service; if we ever shut it down we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.
  2. Your account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that is how you sign in. One person per account.
  3. Your content. Your tasks are yours. We claim no ownership and use them only to provide the service. Don't store anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to store.
  4. Acceptable use. Don't try to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use it to send spam. Automated access is fine for your own account within reasonable limits; the service enforces size and rate limits.
  5. Availability and data. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime or that data will never be lost. Export your data if it matters to you; the export function exists for that reason.
  6. Disclaimer and liability. Airlock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is currently zero.
  7. Termination. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced by email.
  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
